How do I find my city zone or voting precinct?: Ormond Beach’s population is divided into four zones. Each zone is served by one city commissioner, and a mayor who represents the entire City. 1. How do I find my city zone or voting precinct?: Ormond Beach’s population is divided into four zones. Each zone is served by one city commissioner, and a mayor who represents the entire City. 2. How do I request public records?: Requests for public records are submitted to the City Clerk. Requests can be submitted a variety of ways, including via an online form. For information on public records request fees, please visit this link.

Where can I get a birth or death certificate?: Birth and death certificates can be obtained from the Volusia County Health Department's Office of Vital Statistics, located at 1845 Holsonback Drive in Daytona Beach. They can be reached at 386-274-0614. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

4. How can I get in contact with children and family services?: The Department of Children and Family Services is located at 210 Palmetto Avenue in Daytona Beach. They can be reached at 850-300-4323.

5. Where can I get a copy of a deed?: Deeds are filed with the Volusia County Clerk of Court. They can be reached at 386-257-6000.

6. Where can I get a copy of a will?: Wills are recorded with the Probate Office in Deland. They can be reached at 386-257-6000.

7. How can I get a driver's license or identification card?: You can get your Florida driver's license and/or Florida identification cards from the Department of Motor Vehicles located at 310 Jean Street in Daytona Beach. Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

8. What is the number for the Better Business Bureau?: The Better Business Bureau is associated with the Chamber of Commerce located at 165 W Granada Boulevard. They can be reached at 386-676-3454.
