City Commission Agendas, Minutes & Meeting Recordings

If the format of any Commission agenda, minutes, meeting recording, or other materials interferes with your ability to access information, please contact the City Clerk to request an alternate format. Users who need accessibility assistance can also contact us by phone through the Federal Information Relay Service at 1-800-877-8339 for TTY/Voice communication. 

The City is working to provide accessibility to all online documents to comply with ADA regulations. During this process, supporting documents related to City Commission agenda items may not be available on the City’s website. If you would like to request a full City Commission agenda, or supporting documents for a particular agenda item, please contact the City Clerk at 386-676-3340 or ADAWebsiteCoordinator@ormondbeach.org, or City Hall, 22 S. Beach St., Ormond Beach, Florida 32174. Printed copies of City Commission agendas are available in the City Commission chambers at each scheduled meeting, and are also available at the public library by the end of business on the Friday before each regular Tuesday meeting.

The City of Ormond Beach is committed to ensuring that all persons who may have one or more disabilities has complete access to all the resources, communications and services available to all citizens. The City is currently reviewing and updating the city’s website www.ormondbeach.org to ensure that both the overall website and our documents posted thereon, are available and provided in alternative accessible formats. • World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 Level AA (WCAG 2.0 AA) as our web accessibility standard.

• Ensuring to the best of our ability that all persons using assistive technology such as screen readers or TTY have unrestricted access to information contained on our website.

• Providing instructions and web links ensuring that other useful tools and websites such as Adobe Reader and Adobe Flash Player for screen readers are available.

• Providing information for other supported assistive technology.

City Commission meeting agenda packets are posted by the end of business on the Friday before each regular Tuesday meeting.

City Commission meeting minutes are available after their approval (generally they are approved at the following City Commission meeting and would be available the day after said meeting). Action Reports are available the day after each meeting.
