Welcome to the City of Ormond Beach's online Customer Service Center for your City utility account. You can now pay and view your City utility bill, and review your account information online, anytime.
Please Note: You must have email to use Online Services, and your browser (Explorer, Netscape, etc.) must be capable of 128-bit encryption to ensure your security. Please verify this with your software manufacturer or internet service provider if you have trouble accessing the Online Services, and upgrade your browser if necessary.
You will need to register first in order to view your account or pay online. Follow the instructions listed below for “first time users” to register if you have not already done so.

First Time Users To
begin your registration, you will need:

Click
on Utility Billing
Account Login, and then click “Email Us” to begin your registration
process. Please send us the above
information in the email requesting your temporary PIN number.
We will return your email as soon as possible with your temporary PIN,
which will get you started. Then, please
follow the Registration Process listed below.
Registration
Process: 1. From the Utility Billing link screen, enter your utility account number (upper left corner of your bill), your temporary PIN number, and click "Sign-On."
2. You will then be directed to the Account Registration Page. Here you will enter a new PIN (one you choose for privacy and security purposes), re-enter the new PIN for verification, enter a PIN HINT (something that will remind you of your PIN), and enter your email address (to receive a confirmation message). Click "Submit".

Electronic email verification will be sent to the email address that you
entered on the Registration screen. This email contains your PIN, PIN HINT and a
link for you to click on to complete the Registration Process. Please be sure to
save this confirmation for future reference in the event you forget your PIN and
PIN HINT.

The link contained in the email verification will direct you to the
Sign-On screen where you will enter your utility account number and the new PIN
that you just created. Click "Sign-On".
5. Once you have successfully signed on with your new PIN, you will be asked to confirm your new PIN and you can then proceed to access and view your utility account.

Internet access improves customer service by giving you, the customer, online access to your account information any time of the day or night, seven days a week from the convenience of your home or office. Why call a customer service representative in order to answer your standard billing or inquiry issues? You can now access the following information whenever you want:
Please note: In order to get same-day credit for your payment, you must complete the online payment process and finalize your transaction by 4:30 p.m. on weekdays. Payments made on other days (holidays, weekends) or after 4:30 P.M. are credited to your account the next business day.
