Requirements for Registering a Business

1.      A completed registration application. 

2.      A copy of your active City or County Business Tax Receipt from where your business is located.

3.      Certificate of Insurance showing General Liability and Workers Comp, or your State Exempt form, where applicable.

4.      Fee: $25

Please Note:  If you are a State Certified Contractor, Registered Contractor, or hold a Competency Card. You must register with Volusia County; located at Volusia County Administration Center, 250 North Beach Street, Daytona Beach  (386) 254-4635.
