The Site Plan Review Committee reviews all site plans as required and make a determination of the plan’s acceptability and consistency with the land development regulations in existence at the time of the receipt of the site plans.

PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE CHECKLISTS Over
the past several months, the City of Ormond Beach has been evaluating
opportunities to streamline and create a more efficient site plan review
process. As part of the City’s goal, the City’s Site Plan Review
Committee (SPRC) prepared a series of checklists and flowcharts intended for use
by applicants and staff in the development and review of site plans and
subdivision requests. Utilization
of these checklists is meant to provide guidance to the applicant regarding
submittal requirements, while providing SPRC members with a more efficient means
of ensuring that all City requirements have been addressed. Applicable
checklists are filled out by the applicant and included with packages submitted
for review by the SPRC. The City’s site plan and subdivision requirement
