Municipal Firefighters’ Pension Trust Fund The Municipal Firefighters’ Pension Fund Board of Trustees is responsible for the sole and exclusive administration of the proper operation of the City of Ormond Beach Firefighters’ Pension Fund and overseas the financial integrity of the fund. The Board consists of five trustees, two of whom are appointed by the City Commission, one of whom is nominated by the Board of Trustees, and two of whom are members of the firefighter employee system and elected by a majority of that system. Terms are two years, and the Board meets at least quarterly in the City Hall Training Room. The Board is governed by Chapter 16, Article III, of the Code of Ordinances. Members are required to file financial disclosures.

The Board consists of five trustees, two of whom are appointed by the City Commission, one of whom is nominated by the Board of Trustees, and two of whom are members of the police officer employee system and elected by a majority of that system. Terms are two years, and the Board meets at least quarterly in the City Hall Training Room. The Board is governed by Chapter 16, Article IV, of the Code of Ordinances. Members are required to file financial disclosures.
