The Aviation Advisory Board is established to provide constructive advice and counsel to the City Commission with a broad outlook toward aviation matters within their expertise at the Ormond Beach Municipal Airport including, but not limited to, long term conceptual planning for the Airport Master Plan, flight safety, and airport safety.

Members of the Board are appointed (one each) by the Mayor and City Commissioners and serve two-year fixed terms. The Board meets on a quarterly basis on the fourth Tuesday of each respective meeting month. The Staff Liaison is the Airport Manager, and the Board is governed by Section 2-220 of the Code of Ordinances.
