How do I get started?
In order to use ePlans, you will need to submit a Building Permit application or a Site Plan Review Application. As soon as you submit your notarized application and it has been reviewed for completeness, an ePlans project # will be created and you will get an Invitation email and an Applicant Upload Task email to proceed with your project.
Building Permit applications can be submitted to BPonline@ormondbeach.org
Site Plan Review applications can be submitted to SitePlans@ormondbeach.org
